The beginners guide to waist training

Let’s discuss about using your waist trainer. You lost your waist and want to see it again: It happens so gradually that we don’t always notice, but one morning you wake up, look in the mirror and realize that your waistline seems to have disappeared! Yes, you can diet, exercise, drop a few pounds … but let’s face it, sometimes you just want that “look” again NOW! We’ve taken a few corsets to a party before (because people are always curious) and the look on a woman’s face when she gets a peek at herself in a mirror her first time in a corset is priceless (and occasionally a little emotional).

Be aware of your body! Everybody responds differently to waist training and it comes with a lot of different effects. Overall, I see very few to no responses that are negative, and most come with fast results. However, it’s really important that you remain aware of what your body needs. Don’t do too much training in a day and if there is a negative impact, it’s ok to rest your waist for a while. It all depends on what you want, right? And what you need at the time. Typically, when someone starts the process of waist training, it comes with a specific goal… more curves, less fat, a tuck in the corner and beauty that you know belongs to you.

The best bit about waist trainers is that they can be used by anyone. No matter what your age, weight or fitness level is, a waist trainer will deliver results to all body types. Regardless of whether you want to shed some serious pounds or just tone up here and there, a waist trainer can help to slim, sculpt and tighten your midsection. However, just because it’s accessible by anyone doesn’t mean you won’t need a little adjustment to get started. The compression of the waist trainer can take a while to get used to and your garment will need to be gently broken in too.

How To Use a Waist Trainer
1. Your body must become accustomed to the constriction of the waist trainer. We recommend that the first few days of wearing the trainer to wear for limited amount of time 2-4 hours per day (depending on how much you feel is comfortable).
2. Gradually add an hour or two to your regime until you are able to wear the trainer through out the entire day.
3. Once the trainer is worn-in you can then begin to use the second set of clasps making the trainer tighter.
4. As you lose weight it will become more comfortable and will not feel as tight.
5. Now you can progress to the next size down as part of your continued weight loss regime. Read extra info on How To Use a Waist Trainer.

What people write about WaistTrain : “For me it’s just remarkable how much better, and how huge difference just one simple thing can do. I bought my waist trainer from Waist Train over a week ago and I’m wearing it every time I’m working. I had a baby more than a year ago, I have gained few more kilos and got some hanging skin for free aswell… During this time I have already lost few cm just from wearing it.

Diet is always the most essential part in any weight loss plan. By safely compressing your stomach, waist trainers can effectively curb appetites as the body adjusts to eating smaller portions during meals. Wearing a waist trainer during exercise increases perspiration (which has a cleansing effect, removing toxins and impurities) and helps the body’s thermogenesis process. Improve your posture with waist training as it aids in keeping the body upright. Waist trainers assist those who stand or sit for extended periods of time, keeping you from slouching , helping to relive tension and pain in the back. Waist trainers can be worn underneath your everyday clothes as shapewear to enhance your body. Even exposed they make for a fashionable addition to your outfit especially in conjunction with your usual activewear.
